Terms of service
These terms apply to services provided by 617SW, LLC, doing business as PulseKit. A signed client agreement controls when it conflicts with this page.
Using the service
PulseKit provides the services listed in the client agreement. The client is responsible for accurate business information, lawful content, and appropriate access for its team.
Reviews
Clients may not offer incentives for reviews, pressure customers on the premises, set employee review quotas, suppress criticism, or request false or misleading reviews.
Menus
Clients are responsible for final prices, product information, required notices, and lawful advertising. Connected menu changes depend on the current register connection and approved publishing settings.
Accounts
Clients must protect account credentials, remove access when a team member leaves, and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, included service, renewal, and cancellation terms appear in the signed proposal or client agreement.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee review volume, star rating, search position, revenue, uptime of third-party systems, or a particular business result.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and providing notice when required.
